Copper Cathodes
Copper cathodes are the purest commercially available form of copper, produced through electrorefining or electrowinning processes. Grade A copper cathodes contain a minimum of 99.99% copper and are the standard deliverable for LME-registered copper contracts.
Fargo Meridian supplies copper cathodes conforming to BS EN 1978:1998 (Grade Cu-CATH-1) and ASTM B115 standards. Available in full plates (~125 kg) and custom cut sizes, shipped in bundles of approximately 2 MT. Suitable for use in wire rod, rod bar, and copper alloy production.
